A higher yield per kilogram provides more meters of yarn at the same weight, improving the efficiency of the entire manufacturing process.

Calloni develops its High Yield Raffia using the proprietary Agriline TD 300 technology, the result of continuous research into manufacturing processes, raw materials, and additive formulations. This solution achieves a yield of up to 30 km per kilogram while maintaining a tensile strength exceeding 1.2 kgf, offering one of the best combinations of metric yield and mechanical performance available for this type of application.

The exceptional yield makes it possible to produce spools of up to 150 km, representing approximately 50% more length than conventional solutions. This translates into fewer spool changes during net manufacturing, reduced machine downtime, lower logistics and storage costs, and less raw material used in the finished product.

Each product is developed according to the customer's specific requirements and can be customized in terms of color, spool format, and technical characteristics. Dedicated additive packages are also available, including UV stabilization up to 440 kLy, halogen-free flame retardant treatment, antistatic treatment, and reduced coefficient of friction to optimize processability.
