Calloni has developed a special polymer blend to produce Luxury Fashion Raffia, available in linear densities ranging from 700 to 7,000 denier, specifically engineered for fabrics, woven structures, braids, and accessories for the fashion industry. Its unique material structure provides a dry, crisp hand feel, offering a technical alternative to conventional viscose raffia with excellent processability and superior long-term durability.

Each product is manufactured exclusively to order, allowing customization of linear density, color, visual effect, and surface finish according to the customer's design and production requirements. A selection of proven and production-tested colors is already available, including white, ivory, anthracite, black, mustard yellow, light straw, and dark straw, which can serve as a starting palette or be reproduced to ensure production consistency.

The colors also provide excellent light and weather fastness, achieving a Grade 6 rating according to UNI EN ISO 105-B04.
